Brazos' Bridal Show

The Brazos' Bridal Show was an event where vendors that are related to weddings like cake shops, dress shops, photographers, venues, etc. come out and put out their booth to advertise what they have to offer for your wedding. Therefore, brides from all around the area of Bryan/ College Station came to see what people had to offer to make their wedding the special day they dream of. 

 

The job I had at the Bridal show was making sure the future couple/guests were checked in and had their wristbands to get into the venue. I also ensured that each couple knew how and where to find things that they could need, answering questions and helping them along the way to their big celebration. While at this event I learned how familiar you need to be with the venue so that you can answer all questions people might have and how to utilize the space of a venue. While there we had to set up our own table and decorations to help out the staff and vendors there. Because there were so many vendors it was sometimes challenging setting up the different items.
