Cracker Barrel Pop-up 

The purpose of this pop-up event was to help advertise and bring more people to the restaurant, Cracker Barrel, in the College Station/Bryan area.

 Having this event during the pandemic limited the options on what people could volunteer for. After some time and consideration, the group decided to come up with multiple creative ways students could help advertise and we were each required to do three activities as our volunteer service. The three activities I chose were to go eat at Cracker Barrel and write a review on Yelp, take a quiz to find out “which pie are you”, and lastly sending out the information about a Cracker Barel raffle to different Groupmes. This event taught me how you can change an originally in-person event into a virtual event and for it to still be successful.
